Richemont seeks an Assistant Boutique Manager in London to support boutique operations, coach teams and deliver luxury client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the boutique manager in day-to-day store operations to ensure seamless customer service and profitability.
- Lead, coach and schedule boutique sales associates to meet sales targets and deliver consistent brand standards.
- Drive clienteling activities and CRM programmes to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business among high-net-worth clients.
- Oversee stock management, inventory accuracy, deliveries and stock reconciliations in accordance with maison procedures.
- Execute visual merchandising directives and ensure boutique presentation aligns with maison guidelines and promotional calendars.
- Monitor sales KPIs, prepare regular performance reports and recommend corrective actions to achieve revenue objectives.
- Ensure compliance with loss-prevention policies, cash-handling procedures and all local regulatory requirements.
- Act as liaison with regional management and maison support teams on product launches, training and local projects.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in a luxury environment, preferably with exposure to watches, jewellery or high-end accessories.
- Demonstrable track record of coaching or supervising a small sales team and achieving sales targets.
- Strong clienteling and CRM competency, with experience cultivating relationships with high-value clients.
- Excellent communication skills and professional presentation befitting a luxury maison.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as required by boutique trading patterns.
