Richemont seeks an Assistant Boutique Manager in Las Vegas to support luxury retail operations and drive customer excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager in daily operational management and store performance
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and development programs
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and operational procedures
- Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and merchandise presentation
- Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales performance
- Handle administrative tasks including reporting, documentation, and record-keeping
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail or boutique management
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and team management experience
