Richemont seeks an Assistant Boutique Manager for Vacheron Constantin in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Lead retail operations, manage high-value client relationships, and oversee team performance in luxury watchmaking retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Boutique Manager in all daily, monthly, and periodic business operations, learning activities, and CRM initiatives
- Ensure adherence to operational and audit guidelines across all boutique functions
- Achieve qualitative and quantitative sales targets while maintaining exceptional after-sales service quality
- Manage product rotation, inventory accuracy, and stock takes in accordance with Richemont processes
- Monitor after-sales service operations and facilitate proactive client communication with internal support
- Ensure maintenance of boutique timepieces including strap changes, polishing, and servicing
- Oversee cash registry controls and ensure compliance with financial, legal, fiscal, and customs regulations
- Meet and exceed monthly boutique sales targets in alignment with brand retail strategy
- Develop and implement visual merchandising concepts and CRM activities under Boutique Manager guidance
- Lead the sales team with focus on staff proactivity, professionalism, and adherence to boutique appearance standards
- Conduct weekly role-plays and provide daily constructive feedback to support team performance
- Manage team schedules to ensure equitable distribution of working hours and client engagement opportunities
- Integrate and deliver field training to new team members
- Generate daily and monthly sales reports and actively participate in action plan development
- Handle client complaints with care and monitor Medallia feedback reports for team-wide sharing
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Vacheron Constantin both inside and outside the boutique
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of related retail experience
- Previous experience in luxury retail sector
- Strong track record in developing and managing customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies
- Extensive involvement in boutique operations
- Existing high-value client network (VIC/VVIC) in the GCC region
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
- Expert knowledge of luxury retail market including fashion, watchmaking, and jewelry brands
- Comprehensive understanding of market trends and current industry developments
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive retail experience with a strong background in luxury goods. Prior involvement in boutique-level operations and demonstrated expertise in building and managing client networks within the high-end sector is essential. Experience in customer acquisition strategies and CRM-driven retail environments is required.
Education
Secondary education required; higher education in retail management, hospitality, or business administration is advantageous.
