Richemont Assistant Boutique Manager in Hong Kong. Support luxury retail operations and lead a high-performing team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day boutique operations and staff scheduling
- Support the boutique manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Provide exceptional client service and build lasting relationships with VIP clientele
- Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays
- Train and mentor boutique staff on product knowledge and service excellence
- Manage cash handling and ensure compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with head office on promotions, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail management or supervisory role
- Strong understanding of luxury brand values and clienteling practices
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Fluency in English and Cantonese (or Mandarin)
- Track record of achieving sales objectives
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
