Piaget Hong Kong seeks Assistant Boutique Manager to supervise store operations, lead sales initiatives, and deliver luxury customer experiences in high jewelry retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations to achieve sales performance goals while maintaining alignment with Piaget service standards and company pricing policies
- Manage store departments and oversee staff and resources effectively
- Develop and implement customer contact plans to communicate product launches and engage potential customers in sales campaigns
- Serve as primary point of contact for customer queries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and escalating complex cases as needed
- Identify products and services that best meet customer needs and propose optimal configurations to encourage purchases
- Process and coordinate custom or special orders with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery
- Provide advanced product and service information, addressing complex customer inquiries with detailed responses
