Richemont Assistant Boutique Manager, Hong Kong—support luxury retail operations, lead teams, and drive sales in a prestigious boutique environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager in the overall management and performance of store operations
- Oversee daily retail operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols
- Lead and mentor sales associates, providing training, performance feedback, and development opportunities
- Cultivate relationships with key clients and ensure personalized, consultative service delivery
- Monitor inventory levels, merchandise presentation, and visual displays to maintain brand aesthetic standards
- Drive sales performance through strategic customer engagement and product knowledge expertise
- Manage stock accuracy, handle markdowns, and coordinate with supply chain on inventory replenishment
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local labor standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail management or assistant management roles
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and client relationship management
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience training and motivating teams
- Proficiency in retail management systems and POS platforms
- Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin a strong asset

Education
