Richemont seeks an Assistant Boutique Manager in Hong Kong to lead team, optimize sales performance, and manage VIP client relationships in a luxury jewelry boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design optimal boutique organization and proactively manage talent pipeline through recruitment and succession planning
- Drive performance and compensation management, career development, and team engagement through regular career discussions and training initiatives
- Communicate and motivate the boutique team around Maison strategy and vision, federating collective and individual commitment
- Supervise daily operations of the Care Service team and boutique back office
- Conduct performance analysis and diagnosis to define dynamic annual action plans for achieving Maison, boutique, and category sales targets
- Monitor and adjust action plan implementation, ensuring boutique performance and profitability optimization
- Track boutique KPIs and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with all group, Maison, and boutique policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Oversee boutique maintenance and administrative functions
- Guarantee unique and highly professional client service standards within the boutique
- Lead implementation and ROI monitoring of client relationship programs and initiatives
- Act as a Maison ambassador and cultivate direct relationships with VIP clientele

Experience
