Richemont Assistant Boutique Manager in Dubai – luxury retail operations and client management role with team leadership responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Boutique Manager in overseeing all daily retail operations and store performance
- Supervise boutique staff and ensure consistent adherence to luxury brand standards and service protocols
- Manage client relationships and drive sales through personalized consultative selling
- Maintain boutique presentation standards including visual merchandising and window displays
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock management with regional logistics teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local requirements
- Support the development and training of boutique team members
- Contribute to achievement of sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in luxury retail management or high-end client services
- Proven track record of driving sales and managing retail teams
- Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and clientele expectations
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership capabilities
- Fluency in English; additional languages preferred
Skills
Experience
3–5 years of experience in luxury retail, boutique management, or equivalent high-end retail environment, with demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage client relationships at a sophisticated level.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail management certification or relevant tertiary qualification preferred.
