Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager in day-to-day management of the appointment-only boutique, ensuring consistent reflection of luxury presentation standards
- Manage the complete client journey—preparation, execution, and post-appointment follow-up—to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences aligned with brand positioning
- Prepare personalized appointments based on client profiles, coordinate product selection, and ensure boutique readiness before each client arrival
- Build and maintain an active portfolio of collectors and VIP clients through proactive outreach, identifying repeat business opportunities, and cultivating referral channels
- Maintain comprehensive CRM records including client preferences, purchase history, and milestone tracking to ensure data quality and enable targeted engagement
- Lead the boutique team in the Boutique Manager's absence, coach Boutique Advisors on luxury selling techniques, and provide daily performance feedback
- Monitor commercial KPIs including appointment conversion rates, average transaction value, sales targets, and client retention metrics
- Coordinate and support exclusive events including private appointments, watch launches, collector evenings, and VIP activations
- Ensure strict compliance with brand standards, security procedures, cash handling protocols, inventory controls, and health and safety requirements
- Supervise boutique opening and closing procedures, maintain inventory accuracy, and coordinate stock movements to optimize availability and presentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 5–8 years of luxury retail experience
- Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory or Assistant Boutique Manager position
- Experience within luxury watches, jewelry, or other luxury retail sectors highly preferred
- Proficiency in CRM systems and retail management platforms
- Exceptional relationship-building and luxury hospitality skills
- Strong commercial acumen combined with operational discipline
- Leadership capability with coaching and team motivation competencies

Minimum 5–8 years of progressively responsible experience in luxury retail environments, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or assistant management capacity. Demonstrated expertise in high-end clienteling, appointment-based selling, and relationship development with affluent clients. Experience within luxury watches, fine jewelry, or comparable ultra-luxury sectors is highly valued.
Education
