Richemont seeks an Assistant Boutique Manager in Dubai to support store operations and drive exceptional luxury retail experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Boutique Manager in managing daily store operations and team performance
- Supervise sales associates and provide guidance on luxury client service protocols
- Monitor inventory levels, merchandise presentation, and adherence to visual merchandising standards
- Support the implementation of boutique policies, procedures, and brand guidelines
- Contribute to sales targets and client relationship management initiatives
- Coordinate staff scheduling and ensure optimal coverage during peak hours
