Buccellati seeks an Assistant Boutique Manager in Dubai to lead CRM strategy, team development, and luxury retail operations with a focus on client excellence and sales growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the boutique's CRM strategy, ensuring all client interactions are recorded, followed up, and leveraged to build enduring relationships
- Deliver daily on-floor coaching to enhance selling ceremonies, product expertise, and storytelling capabilities
- Contribute to achieving and surpassing monthly and yearly sales targets and KPIs while analyzing sales trends and client feedback
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support implementation of team development plans aligned with Buccellati values
- Oversee tailored outreach to VVICs and top clients, including appointment coordination, gifting strategies, and after-sales follow-up
- Ensure proper maintenance of the boutique and strict adherence to Richemont and Buccellati commercial and compliance procedures
- Serve as primary point of contact for all boutique-related matters in the Boutique Manager's absence
- Assist in preparing monthly team schedules and ensure implementation of Buccellati Sinfonia and online training programs
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail management or similar leadership role
- Demonstrated expertise in CRM systems, clienteling strategies, and relationship management
- Strong understanding of high-jewellery and luxury retail sector dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to inspire and coach diverse teams
- Proficiency in sales analysis, KPI monitoring, and performance metrics interpretation
Skills
Experience
5+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail or boutique management, with demonstrated success in leading boutique operations, developing high-performing teams, and driving sales growth. Prior experience with high-jewellery, luxury goods, or premium retail brands is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
