Richemont Assistant Boutique Manager in Boston—manage luxury retail operations, lead sales team, and drive client relationships. $70K–$80K.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the boutique manager with business planning, sales monitoring, KPI action plans, and activation calendars
- Lead daily boutique operations including stock rotation, visual merchandising, back-of-house organization, and KPI tracking
- Coach and mentor the boutique team to drive individual and collective performance
- Collaborate with boutique management on client development strategy and CRM initiatives
- Deliver exceptional client service on the sales floor while contributing to monthly sales targets and building lasting client relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of luxury retail industry experience or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
