Van Cleef & Arpels seeks Assistant Boutique Manager in Bangkok, Thailand. Lead luxury retail team, drive boutique performance, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Co-manage the boutique team alongside the Boutique Manager, setting priorities and objectives to drive business performance
- Monitor sales trends and key performance indicators while ensuring client satisfaction metrics are achieved
- Deliver an outstanding in-store experience by ensuring all clients feel welcomed and cared for
- Support and maximize customer service activities to create a premium in-store environment
- Develop team members through coaching, mentoring, and participation in the recruitment process
- Nurture and expand the team's product knowledge and service capabilities
- Supervise boutique operations and back-office activities to ensure operational excellence
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures across all boutique functions
