Richemont seeks an Assistant Boutique Manager in Bangkok to support luxury boutique operations and deliver exceptional customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager in overseeing daily boutique operations and team performance
- Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance management
- Ensure exceptional customer service aligned with luxury brand standards
- Monitor sales performance and assist with achieving boutique targets
- Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and product displays
- Maintain boutique appearance, cleanliness, and security standards
- Process transactions and handle customer inquiries with professionalism
- Support implementation of company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail or boutique management
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team

- Fluency in English and Thai
