Richemont Abu Dhabi: Assistant Boutique Manager position supporting luxury retail operations and management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager in overseeing daily store operations and performance
- Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure consistent delivery of luxury customer service standards
- Manage inventory levels and merchandise presentation
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and key performance indicators
- Maintain compliance with company policies and brand standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or upscale retail environments
- Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
