Richemont seeks Assistant Boutique Director for ALAÏA Las Vegas. Lead boutique operations, team management, and sales performance in luxury fashion retail. $75k–$85k annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Co-monitor achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators for the boutique
- Monitor visual merchandising and displays to maintain brand image and boutique presentation standards
- Propose and execute initiatives to develop new clients, drive sales, and enhance ALAÏA's marketplace presence
- Provide monthly and ad hoc reporting to the Boutique Director including sales analysis, traffic metrics, KPIs, and corrective action proposals
- Support the Boutique Director in team management and people development to optimize performance and profitability
- Communicate and motivate the boutique team around the Maison's strategy and vision
- Conduct team meetings in the Boutique Director's absence, ensuring staff awareness of targets and client experience best practices
- Support annual performance management and provide feedback for individual meetings
- Delegate operations activities and establish clear team responsibilities
- Assist with training programs and coaching to drive staff success
- Ensure compliance with grooming guidelines and brand standards
- Supervise boutique back office and administration, including invoices and commissions
- Manage stock inventory to ensure accuracy and communicate discrepancies to management and Head Office
- Create and monitor work rotas in accordance with business needs and legal requirements
- Monitor client database quality per sales associate and verify daily traffic counts
- Ensure boutique maintenance and take corrective actions as needed
- Manage and develop customer relationships and database systems
- Act as an Ambassador for the Maison and build relationships with VIPs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years of boutique management experience, particularly in luxury retail
- University degree in a business-related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of CEGID store operating system (preferred)
- Management and leadership skills with strong business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate and develop teams in line with ALAÏA's image and values
- Demonstrated ability to show initiative, innovation, and proactive problem-solving
- Excellent presentation and professional demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple demands and competing priorities
- Strong customer service orientation and team collaboration skills
- Fluent English (written and oral); additional languages preferred

Education
University degree in a business-related field is preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to USD 85,000 per annum.
