Assistant Boutique Director position at Richemont luxury brand in Houston, TX. Support boutique operations and team management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Director in managing daily store operations and staff
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and brand experience
- Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets
- Monitor inventory management, stock rotation, and visual merchandise presentation
- Assist with scheduling, staff development, and performance evaluations
- Drive sales initiatives and contribute to revenue growth objectives
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and brand guidelines

Qualifications
- 2+ years of luxury retail management or assistant management experience
