Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead team briefings and maintain elevated motivation and engagement among boutique staff
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive product and commercial training programs, ensuring consistent high-level product knowledge across the team
  • Coach sales associates on the boutique floor, providing real-time feedback and identifying individual professional development needs
