Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in rotational assignments across multiple Richemont business units
- Complete structured training modules focused on luxury retail, heritage, and brand heritage
- Engage in mentorship from senior leaders within the organization
- Develop competencies in luxury client engagement and product knowledge
- Contribute to assigned projects while building industry expertise
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Strong academic background
- Proficiency in English and preferably Chinese languages
- Demonstrated interest in the luxury goods industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
