Cartier's ASPIRE Retail Management Program in Macau offers a two-year accelerated leadership track with mentorship, rotations, and global career development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of luxury retail sales, customer service, and boutique operations during Year One rotations
  • Master boutique operational procedures, inventory management, and point-of-sale systems under experienced staff guidance
  • Participate in Year Two boutique management development, progressively assuming increased responsibility and leadership
  • Engage in cross-functional missions across business areas including e-commerce, digital, marketing, and product development
  • Build relationships with regional Aspire community and global cohort members through structured group learning activations
  • Support boutique leadership and strategic initiatives while developing people management and business acumen skills
  • Prepare for transition into a first managerial position by demonstrating competency across retail operations and team dynamics

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (required)
  • Minimum five years' professional experience in one or more of the following: e-commerce, digital, marketing, product development, sales, or client services
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence and ability to lead with empathy
  • Entrepreneurial and agile mindset with openness to diverse perspectives
  • Team-oriented professional from diverse international, educational, or professional backgrounds
  • Right to work in Macau SAR, China
