Richemont ASPIRE Program Consultant in Macau—drive strategic program execution and business development across luxury markets in Asia-Pacific.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead ASPIRE program strategy and execution across assigned markets
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with key business partners
- Monitor program performance metrics and deliver insights for continuous improvement
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure program alignment with corporate objectives
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Identify and mitigate program risks and operational challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in program management or business consulting within luxury goods or hospitality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese

Minimum 3–5 years of program management, business consulting, or similar roles within the luxury, hospitality, or retail sectors; experience with Asian markets is highly desirable.
Education
