Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and document artisanal techniques and best practices within Compagnons du Devoir framework
- Support the training and mentorship of junior craftspeople in heritage production methods
- Collaborate with product development teams to integrate traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design requirements
- Maintain and enhance documentation of artisanal processes and quality standards

Qualifications
