Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial performance for all Richemont boutiques and authorised retail partners across the Jeddah area, translating group targets into local action plans.
  • Coach, develop and appraise store managers and sales teams to secure exceptional client service, consistent luxury standards and sustained sales growth.
  • Define and deploy territory sales strategies, promotional calendars and clienteling initiatives in close collaboration with marketing, CRM and merchandising teams.
  • Manage P&L accountability at the area level: drive sell‑through, optimise stock allocation, control expenses and protect margins.
  • Monitor retail KPIs and produce timely sales, inventory and pipeline reports for senior management; recommend corrective actions where required.
  • Ensure compliance with brand visual merchandising, store operations, loss prevention and local regulatory requirements.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with strategic clients, corporate accounts and key local partners to expand market share and brand affinity.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of progressive responsibility in luxury retail sales management, ideally within watches, jewellery or premium leather goods.
  • Demonstrable leadership experience managing multi‑site operations and developing frontline retail teams.
  • Commercial acumen with experience in P&L management, demand forecasting and inventory optimisation.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset and impeccable presentation standards.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, merchandising, CRM, wholesale) and to influence at senior levels.

Experience
