Richemont Area Sales Manager role in Amsterdam. Lead regional sales strategy and luxury retail operations across a dynamic European territory.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a geographically dispersed sales team to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives and market dynamics
- Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and store operations across assigned locations
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders
- Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and address underperformance
- Ensure consistent brand standards and customer experience across all retail touchpoints
- Conduct recruitment, training, and performance management of area sales personnel
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive sales management experience in luxury retail or comparable premium sector
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Demonstrated commercial and strategic planning expertise
- Fluency in English and Dutch required; additional European languages advantageous
Skills
Experience
5+ years in sales management within luxury retail, premium consumer goods, or equivalent high-value sector, with demonstrated success in regional leadership or multi-store operational oversight.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related discipline.
