Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop multi-site sales teams focused on cruise retail and watch specialist environments to achieve and exceed revenue and margin targets.
  • Define and deploy commercial plans for the cruise channel and specialist watch counters, aligning assortment, pricing and promotional activity with maison standards.
  • Manage key relationships with cruise line partners, onboard retail directors and third-party concessionaires to optimise floor placement, inventory flow and sales activation.
  • Monitor sales performance and KPIs; produce regular reports and actionable insights for senior management and brand stakeholders.
  • Oversee stock governance for cruise and specialist watch inventory, including allocation, transfers, shrink controls and cycle counts.
  • Ensure rigorous adherence to brand presentation, clienteling standards and after-sales service procedures across all touchpoints.
  • Recruit, onboard and deliver targeted training programmes for watch specialists, including product knowledge, selling techniques and client relationship management.
  • Coordinate merchandising, visual standards and promotional roll-outs with regional VM and marketing teams to preserve maison identity at point of sale.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of retail management with progressive responsibility — minimum 5 years in luxury retail leadership, ideally within watches or jewellery.
  • Demonstrable experience managing multi-site or channel-specific teams, preferably including cruise, travel retail or wholesale concession models.
