Role & Responsibilities

• Drive commercial performance and operations excellence across boutiques in Hong Kong, spending at least 70% of time in the field
• Lead and develop boutique management teams to 'best in class' standards, co-creating action plans aligned with corporate strategy
• Own and deliver sales, profitability, and productivity targets across assigned retail area
• Develop and execute robust retail strategies and action plans to drive sustainable growth
• Monitor KPIs closely and proactively implement corrective actions
• Establish and maintain client-centric culture emphasizing sales and service excellence across all boutiques
• Partner with merchandising and supply chain teams to ensure optimal product assortment and inventory management
• Collaborate with department stores to execute coordinated commercial initiatives
• Develop and execute clienteling strategies to drive cross-selling, client loyalty, and high-end clientele portfolio development
• Ensure consistent delivery of elevated client experience aligned with brand standards
• Work with visual merchandising teams to deliver highest standards of boutique presentation
• Collaborate with marketing and VM teams to execute boutique activations and seasonal campaigns
• Foster culture of uncompromising excellence, ensuring retail teams are engaged, motivated, and aligned with Maison vision
• Develop and coach boutique managers and teams in collaboration with Learning & Training function
• Advise Retail Director on succession planning and identify development needs for boutique management
• Ensure recruitment, onboarding, and training standards meet both commercial needs and brand standards
• Maintain full compliance with internal audit standards and labor regulations across all boutiques
• Ensure SOPs are constantly updated and closely followed at the frontline
• Serve as key business partner to HR, Learning & Training, Marketing, and Operations functions
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords and external partners

Qualifications

• University degree required
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in retail management roles
• Minimum 3 years of direct management experience leading teams of at least 30 people
• Background in watches, jewelry, fashion, retail, or luxury sector strongly preferred
• Fluent in Cantonese and/or Mandarin Chinese and English
• Demonstrated expertise in people leadership and talent development
• Proven track record in driving commercial results and operational excellence
• Strong client service orientation and ability to elevate service standards
• Experience in execution excellence and attention to detail
• Demonstrated adaptability and agility in dynamic retail environments
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills across cross-functional teams

Skills

Experience

Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in retail management roles, with at least the last 3 years spent managing teams of no fewer than 30 people. Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for Senior Manager level. Background in watches, jewelry, fashion, retail, or luxury sector is highly advantageous.

Education
