Richemont Area Director, Southwest position in Las Vegas. Lead luxury retail operations across the region with strategic oversight and multi-unit management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage retail and wholesale operations across the Southwest region, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and brand standards
- Oversee regional sales performance, budgeting, and financial planning to meet or exceed targets
- Develop and mentor regional management team and store leadership
- Implement brand directives and ensure consistent luxury customer experience across all locations
- Build and maintain relationships with key wholesale partners and stakeholders
