Role & Responsibilities
- Assemble and adjust watch movements and components under supervision of experienced horologists
- Maintain precision tools and equipment used in watchmaking operations
- Follow technical specifications and quality standards for all horological work
- Document production activities and maintain detailed records of assembly processes
- Contribute to the continuity of Swiss watchmaking heritage and artisanal excellence
Qualifications
- Completed mandatory Swiss schooling (obligatory education through lower secondary level)
