IWC Schaffhausen Commercial Apprenticeship, Switzerland – 3-year apprenticeship in business administration beginning August 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Rotate through multiple departments each semester to gain diverse operational exposure
- Process orders and manage administrative workflows using professional tools including SAP
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and professional correspondence across departments
- Generate reports and present information in clear, well-organised formats
- Support the planning and execution of company events and special initiatives
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders via email, video conferencing, and telephone
- Contribute to projects with proactive idea generation and collaborative input
Qualifications
- Completion of secondary education (Sekundarstufe) with strong academic performance
- Demonstrated interest in commercial and administrative tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Multicheck Wirtschaft und Administration examination passed
- Stellwerk assessment completed
- Numerical aptitude and organised working methodology
