Role & Responsibilities
- Train under experienced master jewelers and artisans in core fabrication and finishing techniques
- Develop proficiency in metalworking, stone setting, soldering, and hand-finishing of luxury jewelry pieces
- Assist in the production of bespoke and limited-edition jewelry collections
- Learn quality control and inspection standards specific to Richemont's heritage maisons
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols in the workshop environment
- Participate in ongoing skills development and advancement through structured apprenticeship curriculum
