Role & Responsibilities
- Learn and execute traditional hand-engraving techniques on precious metals
- Develop proficiency with engraving tools and specialized equipment under master craftsman supervision
- Perform detailed surface decoration and finishing work on fine jewelry components
- Maintain strict quality standards and attention to detail in all completed work
- Contribute to the production pipeline while adhering to artisanal craftsmanship principles
- Document technical processes and continuously refine engraving methods
