Richemont seeks an Analytics Engineer in Plan-les-Ouates to lead operations transformation through advanced data engineering and analytics solutions.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement data pipelines and analytics solutions to support operations transformation initiatives
  • Develop and optimize data models to enable real-time insights into operational performance across the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
  • Build and maintain data infrastructure and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics
  • Conduct data quality assessments and implement governance frameworks to ensure data accuracy and reliability
  • Support the evaluation and integration of new analytics tools and technologies into the existing technology stack

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
