Richemont seeks an AI Lead in Hong Kong to drive Generative AI and Predictive AI strategy for Cartier, with 5+ years in machine learning and expertise in LLMs, MLOps, and cloud platforms.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Predictive AI and Generative AI business use cases
  • Design, deploy, and optimize machine learning models in production environments, ensuring performance, reliability, and ethical AI practices
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI trends, tools, and frameworks; rapidly experiment and pilot new technologies to maintain competitive edge
  • Champion MLOps best practices, model monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI systems
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and influence strategic decisions with data and insight
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team

Qualifications

  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven expertise in predictive modeling including classification, regression, and recommendation systems
  • Deep proficiency with Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and OpenAI API
  • Advanced knowledge of MLOps tools including MLflow, Kubeflow, and Vertex AI
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, embrace ambiguity, and deliver results in fast-paced environments
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in challenging the status quo and driving ideas from concept to impact

Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; or equivalent hands-on professional experience.
