Define and apply AI evaluation approaches covering output quality, accuracy, safety, latency and reliability, and use findings to drive continuous improvement.
  • Implement development plans for products or services, manage project schedules, identify risks and communicate with stakeholders; build AI solutions from prototype to production, applying versioning, deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement practices.
  • Administer budgets for organizational areas or conduct complex budget analyses to track progress and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct cost analyses for significant business segments to identify variances, recommend efficiencies and enhance profitability; monitor infrastructure, model and AI service costs, balancing performance, scalability and cost in engineering decisions.
  • Strengthen professional capabilities through assessment and development planning, training and coaching, and pursue or maintain relevant external professional accreditation.
  • Continuously develop AI and software engineering capabilities as technologies and practices evolve.
  • Maintain knowledge of technology, external regulations and industry best practices through continuing education, conferences and specialist media; assess emerging AI models, frameworks and engineering approaches and apply them where they offer clear business or technical value.
