Apprenticeship position with Richemont in Paris as an After-Sales Service Assistant. Support customer service operations for luxury goods.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process and coordinate customer service requests and inquiries
- Assist with warranty claim processing and documentation
- Support the technical service team with administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records of service interactions and resolutions
- Liaise between customers and service technicians
- Contribute to the improvement of after-sales service procedures
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a post-secondary program related to customer service, business administration, or a related field
