Alaïa Paris seeks an After-Sales Service Assistant for 1-year alternance programme, supporting repair coordination and supply chain operations in luxury fashion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage after-sales service (SAV) workflow including intake and dispatch of products for repair, case tracking, and follow-up communications
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting documents for service activity KPIs and operational metrics
- Verify repair invoices submitted by external workshops and service providers
- Coordinate with external repair centres and suppliers to maintain service performance standards
- Liaise with Production department regarding technical cases and quality concerns
- Escalate quality alerts to relevant departments (Production, Supply Chain, Commercial) and contribute to corrective action planning
- Oversee spare parts procurement workflow including customer orders, supplier replenishment, and inventory organization
- Contribute to improvement and optimization of SAV tools and operational processes
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a programme in International Business, Supply Chain, or Production management
- Demonstrable knowledge of fashion and leather goods sector including product lifecycle understanding
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and minimum familiarity with recognized ERP systems
- Fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Customer-facing experience is advantageous
Skills
Experience
Customer-facing experience in a service or operations environment is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with fashion industry supply chain or product lifecycle management is highly valued.
Education
Current student or recent graduate of an International Business school, Supply Chain management programme, or Production-focused curriculum.
