Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day‑to‑day after‑sales (SAV) operations across internal workshops, external service partners and retail points of sale.
  • Manage inbound and outbound repair logistics, including shipping authorizations, tracking, and customs documentation where applicable.
  • Prioritise and allocate repair jobs according to SLA and warranty policy; follow up to ensure timely resolution and quality standards.
  • Serve as primary contact for boutiques and client service teams on operational escalations and status updates.
  • Maintain accurate repair and spare‑parts records, update ERP/CRM systems and produce operational KPIs and status reports.
  • Collaborate with quality, parts procurement and finance teams to resolve repeated defects, invoicing or warranty disputes.
  • Contribute to continuous‑improvement projects to streamline workflows, reduce turnaround times and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to coordinate complex, multi‑party operational workflows in a service or logistics environment.
