Role & Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and in line with internal controls and company policies.
- Support the execution of payment runs and ensure timely settlement of vendor balances.
- Reconcile vendor statements and investigate/resolve discrepancies with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update vendor master data, ensuring documentation and approvals are complete.
- Assist with month‑end closing tasks related to accounts payable, including accruals and reconciliations.
- Record and code expense reports and supplier invoices in the ERP system.
- Collaborate with procurement, purchasing and other internal teams to resolve invoice and purchase order variances.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help streamline AP workflows and controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in accounting, finance, business administration or a related discipline.
- Solid numerical aptitude, strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to transactional work.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines.
- Professional attitude, discretion handling confidential financial information and commitment to compliance.
- Proactive problem‑solver with effective written and verbal communication skills when liaising with internal teams and external suppliers.

Experience
Suitable for recent graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or transactional finance roles; internships or prior work placements in finance are advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
