Richemont seeks an Accounts Payable Intern in Milan to support Group projects in process innovation and financial automation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager and team in participation and implementation of Group projects focused on process innovation and efficiency, including Looker, Celonis, and Robotic Process Automation initiatives
- Conduct analysis of existing Accounts Payable processes to identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions
- Support extraordinary activities including Group company migrations and incorporations, with emphasis on procedural impacts
- Contribute to ordinary team activities while maintaining a continuous optimization perspective
- Collaborate in developing and implementing reports and dashboards to monitor process performance and Accounts Payable KPIs
- Acquire practical skills in project management, process analysis, and improvement methodologies within the Finance sector
Qualifications
- Degree or ongoing studies in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a Master's in Data Science or similar field
- Good knowledge of Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with results-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Skills
Experience
No prior professional experience required; academic focus on quantitative disciplines (Economics, Statistics, Mathematics) or Data Science is valued. Demonstrated interest in technological innovation and process automation is advantageous.
Education
Degree or ongoing studies in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a Master's in Data Science or similar fields.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 900 per month.
