Richemont is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Shelton, Connecticut, to process invoices in SAP and employee expenses in Concur for US and Canadian operations, manage customer inquiries, and support month- and year-end closings. The role is full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process invoices in SAP accurately and promptly in accordance with Richemont policies.
- Work with vendors, brands, and functional areas to identify and resolve billing or payment issues.
- Audit employee expense reports for policy compliance and correct categorization of business expenses; coordinate payment release or return reports to employees; and consult approving managers to resolve policy deviations.
- Respond to internal and external customer inquiries about invoice, payment, and expense report status.
- Coordinate month-end and year-end closings.
- Liaise with Procurement, Vendor Master Data, and Accounting to ensure accurate postings.
Qualifications
- At least two years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system preferred.
- Experience with Concur is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
- Occasional travel to New York City and other domestic locations may be required.
