Accounts Executive maternity cover role at Richemont in Singapore, 6-month fixed-term contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile financial accounts and transactions
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare financial documentation and reports for review
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors regarding account matters
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines concurrently
- Clear communication skills and professional presentation

Experience
2 to 3 years of experience in accounts or finance operations roles
Education
Diploma or qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
