Richemont Accounts Executive
Richemont in Singapore seeks an Accounts Executive (1-year contract) to manage AP/AR, reconciliations and month-end close for its regional finance team.

Role & Responsibilities
- Process and post accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank reconciliations and intercompany balances.
- Support month-end and period-end closing activities: accruals, journal entries and reconciliation schedules.
- Coordinate vendor and customer queries, manage payment runs and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Prepare supporting documentation for audits and assist external auditors as required.
- Assist with VAT/GST reporting and other statutory/compliance submissions relevant to Singapore operations.
- Collaborate with business units and finance colleagues across the region to support ad hoc financial reporting and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
- Part-qualified or qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) preferred.
- Proven ability to produce accurate reconciliations and financial schedules under deadline pressure.
- Strong numerical proficiency and attention to detail with demonstrable problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, able to liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience in a corporate finance environment, preferably within retail, luxury goods, or a multinational organisation. Prior exposure to ERP systems and month‑end close processes is expected.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a closely related field; professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) preferred.
