Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with general ledger maintenance and account reconciliation
- Support the preparation of financial statements and accounting reports
- Process invoices, expense claims, and payment transactions
- Maintain accounting records and documentation in compliance with local regulations
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc accounting and analytical tasks
Qualifications
- Secondary education (high school diploma) or currently enrolled in an accounting, finance, or business-related undergraduate programme
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard accounting software
- Fluent in Portuguese (Brazilian) and English
- Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
