Richemont Accounting Intern position in Singapore. Document financial processes and support finance operations at a leading global luxury group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in comprehensive documentation of existing accounting processes including AR, AP, GL, Tax, and Financial Reporting
- Map out workflows, identify key controls, and document standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with finance team members to gather information and validate process steps
- Develop clear and user-friendly guidance materials and training documentation for the Concur expense management system
- Identify common user queries and create solutions-oriented resources for Concur functionality
- Assist in conducting training sessions or workshops for business users on Concur
- Provide general support to the finance department on various tasks and projects
- Assist with data entry, reconciliation, and analysis to support month-end and year-end closing activities
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles including debits/credits and financial statements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities and eagerness to learn
