Accounting & Reporting Trainee at Richemont in Milan, Italy. 6-month internship with €900/month stipend and meal vouchers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support general accounting records including accruals, deferrals, and reclassifications
- Assist with controlling accounting records and entries
- Execute accounting controls and reconciliations across multiple entities
- Support preparation of monthly Reporting Packages in compliance with Group Principles and IFRS standards
- Monitor intercompany reconciliations for reporting purposes
- Support preparation of statutory financial statements
- Provide data and analysis to the FP&A department for forecasting and budget updates
- Support tax calculations in cooperation with external tax advisors
- Assist with tax compliance and treasury activities
- Participate in ad-hoc projects, analyses, and special reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet tight deadlines reliably

Experience
Early-stage professional or advanced student with foundational knowledge of accounting principles; practical experience in accounting or finance operations is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 900 per month.
