Accounting & Reporting Trainee at Richemont in Milan, Italy. 6-month internship with €900/month stipend and meal vouchers.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support general accounting records including accruals, deferrals, and reclassifications
  • Assist with controlling accounting records and entries
  • Execute accounting controls and reconciliations across multiple entities
  • Support preparation of monthly Reporting Packages in compliance with Group Principles and IFRS standards
  • Monitor intercompany reconciliations for reporting purposes
  • Support preparation of statutory financial statements
  • Provide data and analysis to the FP&A department for forecasting and budget updates
  • Support tax calculations in cooperation with external tax advisors
  • Assist with tax compliance and treasury activities
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects, analyses, and special reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines reliably

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 900 per month.
