Richemont is seeking an Accessories Merchandising Assistant Manager in Hong Kong to develop product strategies and optimise sell-through across HKMO markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain product assortment strategies that balance brand positioning with consumer demand across Hong Kong and Macau markets
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, inventory levels, and stock turnover to optimise product mix and identify opportunities for margin improvement
- Collaborate with retail partners on planogram development and visual merchandising requirements to enhance product presentation and in-store performance
- Prepare forecasts and reports on accessories category performance, providing insights to senior merchandising and commercial leadership
- Support the execution of seasonal collections and promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines and local market dynamics
- Liaise with design, product development, and supply chain teams to resolve product-related issues and ensure timely delivery of merchandise
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, fashion, merchandising, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3–4 years of merchandising, buying, or product management experience in luxury retail or fashion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with merchandising planning or ERP systems
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to interpret sales data and build compelling business cases
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–4 years of progressive experience in merchandising, buying, or product management within luxury retail, fashion, or accessories environments. Experience working in multi-brand or multi-territory corporate structures is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, fashion merchandising, business management, or a related field.
