Richemont seeks Accessories Merchandising Manager in Hong Kong SAR. Develop product strategy, oversee brand positioning, and lead product line management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute comprehensive marketing and product strategies for assigned accessories lines, ensuring alignment with company objectives and established marketing systems
- Develop and implement brand positioning strategies and contribute innovative ideas to enhance brand plans and guidelines
- Manage brand execution through strategic planning, guideline adherence, and effectiveness measurement via data-driven analysis
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize customer and market data to inform marketing activities and respond to market trends
- Lead project workstreams and manage small team coordination to ensure timely, quality delivery in accordance with project management methodology
- Conduct product development and engineering activities using established systems to identify customer needs and deliver competitive offerings
- Monitor and analyze product lifecycle aspects, including short- and long-term development and marketing strategies, to sustain competitive positioning
- Prepare and organize complex documentation and compile data for strategic reports utilizing standard office software
- Contribute to preparation of data analytics and business intelligence reports to support executive decision-making
- Maintain continuous professional development through participation in training, coaching, and external accreditation relevant to merchandising and product management
- Stay informed of emerging technologies, external regulations, and luxury industry best practices through ongoing education and specialist media
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Proven experience working independently and autonomously in product management or merchandising roles
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and oversee the work of others
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in interpreting complex data sets
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in standard office software and technology applications

Proven experience as a practitioner capable of working independently; basic experience in coordinating the work of others in a professional merchandising or product management context.
Education
