Repossi Visual Merchandising & Event Assistant Intern position in Paris, France. 6-month internship starting September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop presentations, guidelines, and progress reports for visual merchandising and event projects
- Establish budgeting frameworks and project timelines for VM deployments across retail and wholesale locations
- Coordinate implementation, rollout, and installation of visual merchandising initiatives, including displays and window animations
- Oversee improvements and opening projects for retail and wholesale points of sale
- Conduct vendor selection, competitive analysis, and request-for-proposal processes
- Manage procurement, budget tracking, and logistics coordination for visual merchandising and operational marketing initiatives
- Support the creation, development, and coordination of institutional and brand-image events
- Maintain inventory and stock management for marketing materials and event collateral
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a business school or equivalent
- Fluent in English and French (both required)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
- Experience in the luxury goods sector (preferred)
