Repossi Paris: Sales Administration Assistant Intern, 6-month luxury jewelry supply chain role supporting retail and wholesale operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support ADV coordinators in daily management of retail boutiques and wholesale partners across all geographic zones
- Track customer requests including product availability, consignments, special orders, restocking, after-sales service, and delivery timeline communication
- Create, monitor, and invoice customer orders
- Organize and track shipments via carrier platforms
- Conduct commercial data analysis using Excel, including reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking
- Contribute to sales preparation, collection launches, and high jewelry piece rotation management
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels
- Participate in rotating and general inventory counts
- Collaborate with headquarters departments including Press and Product teams to address departmental requirements
- Track and analyze transportation costs
Qualifications
- Student in Commerce International, Transport, or Logistics, or related field (Bac+3 to Bac+5 level)
- Recognized for rigor, organizational skills, and priority management
- Proactive, reactive, and adaptable with a collaborative approach
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities with diverse stakeholders
- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Student status sought.
Education
Currently enrolled in Bac+3 to Bac+5 level studies in Commerce International, Transport, Logistics, or equivalent discipline.
