Repossi — Retail & Events Commercial Intern (internship) in Paris. Six‑month role supporting retail operations, client events and CRM across the boutique network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support operational delivery for retail and wholesale events, including logistical preparation and follow-up (POS materials, client gifts, press/books, price lists).
- Coordinate exclusive in‑boutique appointments and VIC (Very Important Client) gifting across the retail and wholesale network.
- Monitor and report on ROI for retail and wholesale activations and assist with CRM analysis of top clients.
- Assist with retail network coordination: track boutique needs, manage client gift and printed‑edition orders (invitations, catalogues, etc.), and optimise point‑of‑sale and sales support tools.
- Contribute to projects that improve retail operational excellence and the customer experience, including training scheduling and field feedback collection.
- Maintain retail shared drives (visuals, guidelines, price lists) and prepare monthly commercial meeting summaries and market support responses.
- Support rotation and allocation of Haute Joaillerie pieces across the retail and wholesale network by querying POS and HQ requirements.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a business school or equivalent higher education with a commercial/management focus.
- Commercial sensitivity and a clear interest in the fine‑jewellery industry; previous retail experience is an asset.
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) required.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; professional demeanour with high standards of discretion.
- Organised, rigorous, proactive, adaptable and able to work effectively within a small team.
