Role & Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly closings and produce financial reports including revenue, margin, costs, and profit; analyze variances between actual results, budget, and forecasts, and prepare performance notes for senior management
• Develop and monitor profit & loss statements by geographic zone, market, or business activity while ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Contribute to annual budget construction, forecasts, and budgetary revisions; consolidate and challenge operational submissions against established targets and conduct prospective analyses to support financial management
• Execute profitability analyses by zone, market, activity, or distribution channel; track key performance indicators, margin evolution, and inventory rotation; perform ad hoc analyses to identify performance drivers and optimize reporting tools
• Partner with operational teams to facilitate understanding of financial results and achievement of objectives; challenge assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and foster financial literacy across the organization
• Support automation of reporting and development of Business Intelligence tools; explore and integrate artificial intelligence solutions to optimize Finance processes; contribute to cross-functional digital transformation, data, and standardization initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Management Accounting, Accounting, or Business/Commerce
• Minimum 2–3 years of management accounting experience, ideally in an international environment
• Prior experience in luxury, retail, jewelry, or distribution sectors is valued
• Experience in multi-entity or multi-country environments is a significant advantage
• Proficiency with Excel and solid knowledge of management accounting and financial analysis
• Strong comprehension of profit & loss statements and budget and forecasting mechanisms
• Ability to analyze variances and produce relevant analyses; knowledge of BI/ERP tools is beneficial, and SAP or equivalent environment experience is appreciated

Skills

Experience

Minimum 2–3 years of management accounting experience, preferably within an international setting. Prior exposure to the luxury, retail, jewelry, or distribution sectors, or to multi-country and multi-entity operational frameworks, strengthens the candidacy significantly.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (Bac+5) in Finance, Management Accounting, Accounting, or Business/Commerce.
