Repossi — Paris: Commercial & Events Intern (Retail). 6-month internship supporting retail operations, client events and CRM (July–Dec 2026).
Role & Responsibilities
- Support execution and operational follow-up for retail and wholesale events, including logistics (PLV, gifts, lookbooks, price lists) and on-site coordination.
- Assist in organising exclusive in-store appointments for very important clients (VIC) and coordinate client gifts across the retail and wholesale network.
- Monitor and report on ROI for retail and wholesale activations and assist with CRM analyses for top-tier clients.
- Support retail network operations: collect and prioritise field requests, optimise point-of-sale tools, and contribute to operational projects that improve store performance and client experience.
- Manage and pilot orders for client gifts and printed editions (invitations, catalogues, postcards) and keep retail drive assets up to date (visuals, guidelines, price lists).
- Help schedule and follow up retail trainings, compile monthly commercial meeting reports and respond to daily market needs.
- Support rotation and logistics of high-jewellery pieces across the retail and wholesale network by surveying POS needs and coordinating with headquarters.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a higher education business program (école de commerce) — bachelor’s or master’s level.
- Commercial sensibility and a clear interest in the jewellery sector and back-office retail operations.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written) — both languages required.
- Proven proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; excellent attention to detail, proactivity, adaptability and a collaborative mindset.
- Availability for a 6-month internship (July–December 2026).
