Repossi — Paris: Apprenticeship Assistant Product Manager, Jewellery & High Jewelry. Support product development, launches and range management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Product & Marketing team across Jewellery and High Jewelry collection development from conception to market introduction.
- Manage physical prototypes and their digital records; ensure accurate tracking of special orders and prototype flows.
- Produce and maintain product tools and collateral: Product Info, Books events, product sheets (fiches produits) and Modelario.
- Organise and brief packshot and editorial shoots; manage the image database and follow up on digitisation of gouaches for High Jewelry.
- Monitor assortment and sales performance; contribute to the preparation of product presentations and range analyses.
- Maintain and update product information systems: create references, update article records, verify pricing and manage Order Form, Book HJ and Rotation HJ.
- Conduct competitive intelligence studies; update the competition database and contribute to the quarterly Competition Review (Jewellery & High Jewelry).
- Develop strong cross-functional relationships with Operational Marketing, Production, Finance, ADV, Retail and Market teams to ensure alignment on product launches and supply.
Qualifications
- Master's-level education (Bac+4/5) in business school, marketing, luxury management or equivalent university degree.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confident use of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrable organisational rigour, proactivity, strong engagement and a methodical work ethic.
- An initial internship or first experience in the jewellery sector is advantageous.
- Available to start in September 2026 for a 12‑month apprenticeship contract based in Paris.

Entry-level. Candidate may be a recent graduate or current Master’s student; a prior internship in jewellery, luxury goods or product merchandising is a plus.
