Role & Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable operations including invoice entry, expense recording, and vendor payment processing
- Oversee accounts receivable including payment recording, reconciliation, and customer follow-up
- Account for fixed assets and calculate depreciation provisions
- Execute monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Prepare and file tax declarations (VAT, Intrastat, and other regulatory filings)
- Track and record employee expense reports
- Conduct monthly account reviews and record accounting provisions
- Participate in process digitalization initiatives
- Contribute to tax return preparation and filing
- Support budgetary planning cycles including CAPEX, depreciation, and tax forecasting
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Supervise accounting operations for subsidiary entities in the UK, US, Dubai, and Japan
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in accounting principles and practices
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-entity accounting operations
- Proven experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable management
- Experience with bank reconciliations and cash management
- Knowledge of tax compliance and regulatory filing requirements
- Familiarity with financial reporting and audit processes
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management, preferably within a luxury goods, retail, or international business environment with exposure to multi-entity operations.
Education
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent professional accounting qualification (such as DPECF, BTS Comptabilité, or similar).
