Renata is seeking a Machine and Plant Operator for its production team in Itingen, working 100% from immediately or by agreement. The role operates and maintains equipment for coated battery electrodes, ensures product quality and targets, resolves faults, and trains new operators.
Role & Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor equipment used to manufacture coated battery electrodes, ensuring product quality.
- Contribute to the operational production process.
- Analyse and resolve equipment faults.
- Check and monitor product specifications.
- Meet qualitative and quantitative production targets.
- Clean equipment and its components, and carry out basic maintenance.
- Continuously optimise production processes to increase productivity while maintaining required quality.
- Train new machine and plant operators on the equipment and processes.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a production mechanic or plant operator.
- Sound knowledge and several years of professional experience operating equipment.
- Good technical understanding and experience in a manufacturing company.
- Analytical skills, a collaborative approach, resilience and precision in working.
- Reliability, flexibility, assertiveness and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to work shifts.
- Basic PC skills in Office applications, including Word and Excel.
- German proficiency, spoken and written.
