Role & Responsibilities
- Complete a four-year federal apprenticeship (Konstrukteur/in EFZ) combining on-the-job training and vocational school attendance.
- Support the product design team in developing mechanical components and assemblies for miniature battery applications.
- Produce and revise technical drawings and documentation to Swiss vocational standards.
- Learn and apply CAD procedures, prototype assembly techniques and workshop practices under supervision.
- Participate in quality checks, tests and continuous-improvement activities to meet strict tolerances and specifications.
- Collaborate with production, quality and engineering colleagues to translate designs into manufacturable parts.
Qualifications
- Completed compulsory schooling (eligible for Swiss EFZ apprenticeship).
- Strong interest in mechanical engineering, technical systems and hands-on construction.
- Good numeracy and spatial reasoning; ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail; methodical approach to tasks.
- Reliable, motivated, and able to work collaboratively within small interdisciplinary teams.

Experience
No prior professional experience required; practical experience from school projects, hobby electronics/mechanics or short internships is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Eligible for and willing to undertake a Swiss federal vocational apprenticeship (Konstrukteur/in EFZ) with associated vocational school attendance.
