Rado seeks a Training Manager in Lengnau, Switzerland to lead learning and development programs. Full-time position based in the watchmaker's global headquarters.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs aligned with Rado's strategic objectives and company culture
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of employee training delivery, including onboarding, technical skills development, and leadership programs
  • Assess training effectiveness through evaluation metrics and feedback mechanisms, adjusting programs as needed
  • Collaborate with department heads and business leaders to identify skill gaps and training requirements
  • Oversee training budgets, resources, and vendor relationships
  • Maintain training documentation, records, and compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar learning and development leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver engaging training content across multiple formats
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and training technology platforms
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Project management capabilities with attention to detail and organizational excellence

Experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field. Additional certification in instructional design, adult education, or training and development (such as ASTD or equivalent) is preferred.
