Rado (Swatch Group) is hiring a Sales and Marketing Assistant (maternity cover) in Athens, Greece. Temporary role supporting retail and marketing operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales and marketing teams during a maternity-cover assignment.
- Assist boutique and wholesale channels with order processing, stock administration and follow-up to ensure timely delivery and merchandising standards.
- Support CRM and clienteling activities including maintenance of customer records, preparation of client communications and coordination of VIP appointments.
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports, monitor KPIs and contribute to market and competitor intelligence.
- Coordinate local marketing initiatives and in-store events, liaising with vendors, boutiques and internal stakeholders to execute brand activations.
- Maintain POS and promotional materials, ensure visual merchandising guidelines are implemented and assist with showroom presentation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a retail, luxury goods or watchmaking environment, preferably supporting sales and/or marketing functions.
- Strong organisational aptitude with attention to detail and the ability to manage concurrent administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM or POS platforms is advantageous.
- Customer-focused mindset with polished interpersonal skills and discretion when handling client information.
- Ability to work flexibly and to cover a fixed-term maternity leave period with a professional, service-oriented approach.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of relevant experience in retail or luxury brand environments supporting sales, client relations or marketing; prior exposure to watch or jewelry retail is a strong advantage.
Education
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
